If you're looking for detailed, personalized guidance on fitness, I got you covered. I offer remote personal training both as an add-on to the Transformation program, and as an independent service for people who just want fitness guidance. Remote training works best for those who do not have any major injuries or health concerns, and who are generally familiar with exercise terminology and machines.
